ECO SMART INDUSTRIAL PARK GALIT – is a unique industrial park in the city of Drohobych, which is oriented not only to large, but also to small and medium-sized businesses.

We offer not only “gray” production, but also a closed eco-system consisting of offices, food areas, sports grounds, places for children, shopping and exhibition areas.

Developer

ETI PRO LLC is the developer and management company of the Eco-Smart Industrial Park GALIT. The management company provides Facility Management and carries out operational management of the industrial park.

Our industrial park is included in the register of industrial parks in accordance with the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1013-r dated November 11, 2022.

We cooperate with the project organization AIK Kreativ and the legal company OLJI-M, as well as other partners who are professionals in their field.

Partnership with the general contractor, the presence of a project organization, support for obtaining urban planning and permit documentation for the start of construction works (new construction, reconstruction, restoration, capital repair) and commissioning of the object regardless of the location of the future object enables the Management Company to carry out arrangement of the industrial park with high quality and in the shortest possible time.
